DACT 1: Comprehenisive

Empower your team to break communication barriers and foster an inclusive environment.

Description

Our Comprehensive DACT Program offers an immersive and engaging experience that transforms how your team communicates and connects with the Deaf community. Through this in-depth training, participants will gain a deep understanding of Deaf culture, respectful communication techniques, and practical strategies to create inclusive environments. We explore cultural perspectives, language use, and barriers faced by Deaf, hard-of-hearing, and deafblind individuals, helping your team to better understand and address accessibility challenges.

The course goes beyond theory, integrating hands-on Auslan (Australian Sign Language) practice, group discussions, and interactive activities.
